I made a booking via phone. I arrived 5 minutes early. What happened next is the classic customer service NO-NO. I waited for 30 minutes and it seemed nothing is going to happen at all. Nobody from the hairdressers made an attempt to tell me what is going on. Something like:sorry we are running late/behind. Could we offer you a coffee or tea in the meantime."One does make a booking for a reason. For example in my case I run a business as well and have a full list of things to run through the day

I was today at this Barber Shop in Scarborough. After my Haircut from Melissa I would give 6 Stars if it's possible!I didn't had to wait. She was very quick and professional. Also she is very symphatic and I feel very comfortable. My Haircut is the best I've ever had!Normally it's very difficult for me to go to an Hairdresser, cause I have a lot to Instruct and mostly it ends not how I want it.I'm very happy and will come back as soon as possible. Melissa made my day!Thanks you so much!

My favourite barber! The team here are awesome. I moved away from Scarborough in 2016 and only recently moved back. One of the first things I did when moving back was book an appointment to get my hair cut.Love this place. Proper Barber's, proper ledgends!

Well I rated this place 5 stars after my first couple of visits. Great cutsBut today I'm knocking it down to 1 star.One thing I don't like is having my hair cut really short.I asked the barber today to not cut it too short. That's my regular request. Scissor cut and not too shortI got home after my haircut and my wife said, oh they've cut pretty short.Yep I said! And one side looks shorter than the other!DisappointingWhat a shame! I'd enjoyed this place but that'll be my last visitI'll be looking for a new place when I need my next cut... which may be a while away!

Asked for a bit off the top. Took way too much off. Lady looked like she was just having fun cutting my hair. Left me with an awful haircut way too short then had the audacity to charge me $48 for it.
