Barbershop Express

Took my child in (23/05/23 ) and asked for a skin mid fade and box the front. Ended up getting a high fade without the fade (no blending). Pretty much try to get the cut done as quickly as possible always focusing outside the shop and Box up wasn't straight. Worth $40.....NOPE

Asked for a hair cut at 5.00 when they close at 5.30 and said there not doing anymore hair cuts

Really good haircut absolutely love it, however not the biggest fan of the beard shape up but I'm still happy and would be willing to return. Staff were very friendly, and they have good prices.

Waited here for 40-50 minutes today waiting to get my 18 month old’s hair cut. During this time I was completely ignored by the 2 stylists & watched people come in and be offered a cut before us. The first guy walked in about 20 minutes after me and was offered a cut first. I thought hm I’ll leave it, the next guy is nearly done. Then another customer comes to the door asking if they do walk ins, stylist says yes there’s someone else in front of you (looking out the door). I said excuse me we are also waiting… he completely ignores me. Finishes his client, proceeds to call in someone else!!! Doesn’t look at me, doesn’t say anything at all just seats the next client. After this amount of time I was absolutely fuming, I packed up my baby and left, he probably didn’t even notice since apparently we are invisible!!!

This barber shop is very clean. Customer service can be worked on. These employees have talents. But I have been going to this place for my son now for over 2 years. He had bad experiences with hair dressers even my own so once we tried this place he loves it!! The old iPad booking system was really good, but now I find there is no system. Apparently you are to wait outside and wait in queue tho last time I was there, waited and waited (that’s fine because my son likes it there) to getting up which I thought was our turn to be told no this guy is in front of us who never waited in the ‘queue’. Just appeared sometime after. Today we go in again, make them aware we are here, was told to wait out the front. 3 people were ahead of us. I said ok we will just get a drink and was told no you have to wait we don’t do appointments… right so why did the other guy jump in front of me the time before??? If you have a system the procedure should be for EVERYONE.No drama we go get our drinks and wait. At the beginning of each school term my son gets a haircut. I use to pay $25 then went up to $30 no problem he likes this barber. But today I get told it will be $34.50 I ask why? Answer because his hair is a lot. I said I always pay $30 and the barber agreed at that price. Thank you! I timed todays session, it was 10 minutes to cut my sons hair but then they wanted to add another $4.50 to it for no difference to how usually my scruffy boys hair is after 10 weeks without an haircut. Idk why! I have never felt welcomed in this barber, to be honest I believe they don’t like doing kids hair, because kids want to scratch the itch, or be blow dried off a bit more than an adult.So to conclude1. If the waiting system is to wait out the front then EVERYONE should wait.2. Don’t make up a price when you see the hair when you have a price list on a board.3. If I return I hope to see your procedures put in place equal for everyone and equal to the pricing board.Reply to generic owner response - No I do not need further communication with you. I have outlined my experience and with that hopefully you take that onboard and rectify the issues as I have presented them.

Didn’t cut the haircut what I asked for no where near what i asked for after showing them the picture aswell

If i could give this place zero stars i would !! A young guy cut my hair and didn’t listen to what i said i wanted. It was the worst haircut i have ever had and i felt super self conscious leaving because of how bad of a job they did. He was too interested in talking to the other workers, therefore was very distracted when it came to my hair. DO NOT GO HERE.

Took my son here for a haircut 13/06/23.. Price was fabulous as was the service and the outcome as he left with his exact desired haircut from photo and the price was unbeatable.All other places are way more expensive and haven’t given him the desired outcome.I have found my son his permanent barber.
