Walked in. They asked if I had a booking, I said no. Sent me out straight away, only one person was in a chair. And it is only 1:50pm!Very disappointing!

Arrived for a haircut at 4.30pm, shop is advertised as open until 5pm. Was told by the rude lady they were closed and she’d already settled the til.What’s the point of having opening hours of you aren’t going to stick to them, and turning away paying customers…?

So disappointed. My son went in for a cut today. His hairdresser was so busy focusing on a child in the chair next to him that she did not pay attention to his instructions. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time instructions have not been listened too. We won't be back.

The older lady very rude!!! A few times my husband has been with my son and every time she is very rude and quite out of line!! Thought she might have been having a bad day the first time but same attitude every time. Have to drive further and spend money elsewhere!

It is the personal service. These ladies are amazing.I have been going there for a few years and they do such a good job and it doesn't matter who you see. It is personable and they are also great with kids. Call for an appointment now if you need a cut, you won't be disappointed
